Once I had a dream to have my own
art gallery. I did not know at that time that I would have to wait almost 15 years; that first I would have to leave Poland
where I was born and raised; that I would have to move to the United States; that I would have to go to Peru. Ever since I
can remember, I have been drawn to Peru. I first went there in 2002 and made discoveries that brought me closer to my dream. I
opened my gallery in 2006. It was a long and bumpy road, but curiosity and love for adventure, and what I call "genuine art",
saved my dream.
Genuine art comes from a divine source,
through artists' hearts and their inspirations. It is always about beauty, harmony, magic and wholeness. The vibrations of
genuine art are uplifting; bringing joy and happiness, without exception. The healing properties of genuine art, although
invisible, are subtle. On an emotional level these high vibrations can release stress, and change our everyday approach to
life and its priorities. Genuine art is a gift from God. I found this genuine art in Peru among artists who are in connection
with the divine source, their inspirations and the wisdom of their ancestors.
Now, in order to share these fine works of Peruvian art more widely, I am making my gallery available on the web. On the following pages you will find creative pieces from my favorite,
inspired and inspiring painter, Julio Cuyro Ccahua; and the magical ceramics of the one and
only Pablo Seminario. You will also find sterling silver jewelry and indigenous textiles I have found
on my successive visits to Peru.
